Montana Whiteout Highlight is a pure, brilliant white spray paint, designed with the graffiti user in mind. Its quick drying, nitro-combination based formula enables you to paint over it with other colours almost immediately. It is touch dry within around 5 minutes, depending on the surface and thickness applied. The dynamic matt white is delivered smoothly and speedily without tinges of blue or yellow that you might see in other white spray paints. This intensely high-covering graffiti spray paint covers practically all surfaces, even those that are highly absorbent or unprimed. It is excellent for use with other spray paints, and it covers metallic and chromes easily when they are dry.
