Where do you ship to?
We ship to all areas of the UK, including Northern Ireland and the Isle of Man. Shipping times can be longer in some areas, but you will have our best estimate at checkout.
Is there an age limit to buy spray paint?
Yes, according to UK law, you must be over 16 to purchase spray paint. By placing an order with us, you are declaring that you are over 16 years of age.
The product I want to order is out of stock?
We receive deliveries regularly, so this should not happen often. Please use the contact link at the bottom of this page to raise an enquiry. We will come back to you with the most up-to-date information possible.
Could you send some free stickers or promotional items with my order?
Of course, you do not need to ask! All orders ship with free stickers, & we will also add other promotional items as they are available.
Will the colours match exactly to the website?
We do our absolute best to reproduce colours accurately on screen. However, the screen you are viewing on will always be set differently from ours. This makes exact colour matching very hard. We do advise that there can be slight differences between the colours shown on screen and the physical product colours.
I saw a product from your website cheaper somewhere else, can you match the price?
We always strive to offer the best possible prices to our customers. If you see a matching product with a better price, then we will always do our best to assist. If we can match the price or even do better, then we will make you an offer. Please use the contact link at the bottom of this screen and raise an enquiry with us. Make sure that you tell us exactly where you saw the products and give us accurate information to compare. Have you included shipping, VAT & any other values in your comparison?
I need my order fast, Can you deliver tomorrow?
Our cut off time for next day delivery to be possible is 12 o’clock midday. After this time, next day delivery is not possible. We cannot offer next day delivery to all locations. If next day delivery is available, you will see this option at check out.
Can I collect my order from your warehouse?
Yes, this is not a problem to solve. Just place your order as normal and choose “Warehouse Collection” as the shipping method. Your order will be available to collect on the next working day. We do not offer same day collections for online orders.
How do I cancel my order?
The fastest option is to call us at 0161 223 1000. This only works during our office hours, Monday to Friday, from 9.30am to 4.30pm. We don’t work on bank holidays or public holidays. Outside of these hours, the best option is to use the contact link at the bottom of this page. We can only cancel orders until they ship from our warehouse. After this point, you would have to wait for your order to arrive and either refuse delivery or ship the order back to us as a return.
Can I have a VAT invoice for my order?
After your order ships, you will receive a copy of your VAT invoice by email.
