If you are unhappy with your purchase, please return it to us for a full refund. Items should be shipped at your own expense and please obtain proof of shipping. To qualify, the goods need to reach us within 14 days from receipt of your order. Items must be unused and in a saleable condition as they arrived to you. After 14 days, if the items are not faulty or sent in error and you wish to return / exchange them, there will be a 5% restocking fee.
