Montana Blackout Tarblack is an ultra-fast drying, high-pressure spray paint with a high-covering hybrid tar and pigment formula. It is the ideal graffiti tool for rapidly painting over chromes and metallics, wet or dry. Its unique configuration results in a drying time of around 2 minutes in conditions of 15ºC or over, nearly 3 times faster than other tar-based spray paints. Its matt, pure black finish doesn't have the brownish tint that other tar-based spray paints often have. This intensely high-covering graffiti spray paint covers practically all surfaces, even those with extremely high absorption rates, without the need for priming.
