    On The Run OTR.988 Ball Pen Fluid 100ml is a high quality solvent based ink gel concentrate. A perfect addition to thicken or improve any alcohol based inks. The rich gel concentrate dilutes directly into solvents from between 5% - 20% to create your own ink from scratch.
